For the most precise result, yes — the time determines your Ascendant and house layout. If you don't know it, the app will still calculate your chart: planet signs, aspects, and Moon phases are all correct; just take the houses and Ascendant with a pinch of salt. You can add the time later and the chart will recalculate.
The natal village, classic wheel, personality panel, and Moon phases are free forever. After registering you get 7 days with everything unlocked. Paid plans add transits, a calendar, relationships, and AI analyses.
